Before
Ben had spent 25 years in property and built a genuinely successful mentorship business, but almost none of it lived online. No website, just a Facebook group and a personal profile. Everything ran on word of mouth, which put a hard ceiling on growth.
What we built
Foundations first: his website and SEO, which took him to the top of Google for property mentorship and property training in South Wales. He is now the name that comes up when you ask ChatGPT or Gemini for property mentors in the area. On top of that, the engine: organic content, Facebook ads and funnels, and a proper way to monetise the group he had spent years building.
